What's your MOQ?+
It depends on the product: ~50–200 for bathroom, ~500–1,000 for plastics, ~1,000 (plastic) or 300–1,000 (plush) for toys. We'll confirm in your quote.
Do I own the mould?+
Yes. Tooling ownership is contractually assigned to you, so reorders and new variants are never held hostage.
Is the sample fee really credited?+
100% credited to your first production order. You pay for the sample + shipping, and it comes straight off your first invoice.
How do you handle payment?+
T/T with 30% deposit / 70% after pre-shipment inspection passes, plus Wise/Payoneer for smaller amounts. Escrow on new relationships. Never to a personal account.
