The US $800 de-minimis exemption is gone, which breaks cheap China-to-US parcels. So we route by market:

Is there a monthly fee?+

No subscription. You pay per order ($2–4 fulfilment) plus the factory-direct product cost and shipping. Branded packaging is an add-on.

Can you ship to the US after the de-minimis change?+

Yes — but for the US we recommend bulk DDP into a US 3PL, then domestic last-mile, rather than per-parcel from China. We'll set the right route for your market.

Do my customers see it's from China?+

It ships in your branded packaging with your inserts. The experience is yours.
