The gold-sample vs bulk check
The #1 hidden failure in importing is bulk not matching the approved sample — material swaps, process drift. We hold a sealed golden sample and re-test against it. This single step is worth more than any certificate.

Zero tolerance — any unit fails the lot.
AQL 2.5 — tight limit on functional faults.

Our own lab catches problems on the floor — long before a third-party inspector or a customs officer ever sees the goods.
Why it matters now
A certificate is cheaper than a delisting
Amazon now removes non-compliant toy listings without a valid CPC, and (since Feb 2025) non-DOE plumbing listings with fines up to $200,000. Customs holds shipments lacking documentation. We supply pre-certified product with the paperwork — so you never lose your listing or your inventory.
