Discovery & design

We capture your brief, then handle product design, DFM, CAD drawings, material and spec selection, and the compliance scope for your target market. Timeline: 1–10 days.

Sourcing & vetting

Made on our own line, or matched to an audited partner factory. We verify business-licence scope (GSXT), ISO 9001 / BSCI audits and real capacity. 1–2 weeks.

Sampling

A golden sample plus a spec and compliance-gap check. Your sample fee is 100% credited to the first production order. 1–4 weeks.

Tooling & production

OEM/ODM moulds — and the tooling is contractually yours. Run on our captive injection line plus audited partner factories. 2–8 weeks.

Quality control

Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections at AQL 2.5, a gold-sample-vs-bulk check, and lab certificates (EN71 / ASTM F963 / NSF / FDA / LFGB).

Packaging & branding

Custom retail boxes, branded inserts, and Amazon FBA prep — FNSKU, poly-bag, carton labels.

Logistics & customs

Freight booking (FOB or DDP), export documentation, tariff and post-de-minimis customs handling, China / HK free-port routing.

Fulfilment & dropshipping

China / HK 3PL warehousing, Shopify order sync, per-order pick-pack-ship — or bulk DDP into a US/EU 3PL. See the dropship package →

Shipping terms

FOB or DDP — we quote both

FOB (Free On Board)

The China-trade default — we deliver to port, you control the main freight. Best when you have your own forwarder.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

The done-for-you option — we handle everything, including import duty. Increasingly the smart choice after the de-minimis change.

⚠ 2026 tariff reality

The US $800 de-minimis exemption is gone

Suspended in 2025 and continued into 2026, this breaks the cheap China-to-US dropship parcel model. We re-architect US-bound volume around bulk DDP into a US 3PL → domestic last-mile — and treat tariff and landed-cost expertise as part of the service.

China / HK to Asia and the rest of the world via direct dropship still works fine. We'll tell you the right route for your market.

Payment & terms

Milestones that protect you

You do — contractually. Reorders and new variants are never held hostage.

Can you ship straight to Amazon FBA?+

Yes. We prep (FNSKU, poly-bag, carton labels), build the FBA shipment plan and deliver to the warehouse.
