Eight stages, one accountable team. Here is exactly what happens and what you get, at each step.
Discovery & design
We capture your brief, then handle product design, DFM, CAD drawings, material and spec selection, and the compliance scope for your target market. Timeline: 1–10 days.
Sourcing & vetting
Made on our own line, or matched to an audited partner factory. We verify business-licence scope (GSXT), ISO 9001 / BSCI audits and real capacity. 1–2 weeks.
Sampling
A golden sample plus a spec and compliance-gap check. Your sample fee is 100% credited to the first production order. 1–4 weeks.
Tooling & production
OEM/ODM moulds and the tooling is contractually yours. Run on our captive injection line plus audited partner factories. 2–8 weeks.
Quality control
Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections at AQL 2.5, a gold-sample-vs-bulk check, and lab certificates (EN71 / ASTM F963 / NSF / FDA / LFGB).
Decoration & packaging
Surface finish, printing, assembly, custom retail boxes and branded inserts, shipped shelf-ready.
Logistics & delivery
Freight booking (FOB or DDP), export documentation and customs, to your door, your warehouse, or your 3PL.
Reorders & support
Your tooling is stored, maintained and ready, reorders are one message, with the same golden sample and QC every run.
Shipping terms
FOB or DDP, we quote both
FOB (Free On Board)
The China-trade default, we deliver to port, you control the main freight. Best when you have your own forwarder.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
The done-for-you option, we handle freight and import duty all the way to your door.

A sealed golden sample
The benchmark every bulk run is checked against.
Inspection reports
PPI / DUPRO / PSI reports with photos at AQL 2.5.
Lab certificates
FDA / LFGB / REACH / RoHS test reports with verifiable numbers.
Retail-ready packaging
Print files, physical proofs and finished retail packing.
Shipping documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, BOL and customs paperwork.
Payment & terms
Milestones that protect you
- ●30% deposit / 70% after PSI passes. You pay the balance only once pre-shipment inspection is clear.
- ●Sample credited. The sample fee comes straight off your first production invoice.
- ●Escrow on first orders. Trade Assurance / escrow available so funds release on delivery.
- ●Never to a personal account. Company T/T, Wise or Payoneer only.

No. Send a photo, a sketch or even a competitor link. Our design and DFM team turns it into a production-ready spec.
Who owns the tooling?+
You do, contractually. Reorders and new variants are never held hostage.
Can you ship to my warehouse or 3PL?+
Yes. We deliver FOB or DDP to your door, warehouse, or third-party logistics provider, with full export documentation.
