Plus PS, PVC, and glass-fibre reinforced grades. We also advise on additives, UV stabilisers, flame retardants, impact modifiers, to tune a base resin instead of jumping to a pricier one.

Start with what the part must do
Needs to be clear?
PC (clear + unbreakable), PMMA (best looks), or PET (bottles).
Needs to take heat?
Silicone, glass-filled nylon, PC, or PP for microwave.
Needs to flex or grip?
PP living hinge, TPE soft-touch, or TPU for abrasion.
Touches food or skin?
Food-grade PP, HDPE, PET or silicone, with certification.
Lives outdoors?
PMMA, ASA, or UV-stabilised grades that won't yellow.
Moving mechanical part?
POM for precision gears; nylon for strength.
Colour matching
We match to your Pantone on the actual production resin and finish, sign off a physical colour standard, and verify every batch with a spectrophotometer (ΔE controlled) so colour never drifts.
Food-grade & BPA-free
Certified food-contact grades to FDA, EU 10/2011 and LFGB, with a Declaration of Compliance and migration testing. BPA-free by default, Tritan or PP where clarity is needed.
Recycled & sustainable
Post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, bio-based drop-in resins, and design-for-recycling advice so you can hit brand and regulatory targets (EU PPWR, UK Plastic Packaging Tax).
